Just a very quick email to say thank you for your assistance with the missing Flybuys reward we reported recently. The replacement rewards arrived a few days ago, which neatly concluded things. Your prompt, no fuss and effective follow up of our report of the lost items was very much appreciated.

I am just writing to express my satisfaction in the way that both Flybuys and Popink dealt with an issue regarding a Flybuys reward.
An error was made on the website that listed the reward, and to my surprise, Flybuys did not sweep it under the rug or turn a blind eye - they immediately admitted it was an error on their part and took responsibility for it. I believe it caused extra work for both Flybuys and Popink staff, and that they went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction by supplying what was originally listed on the website.
In particular, I'd like to mention the service I received from Popink. Getting the missing item took a bit of time through no fault of Popink, however I was kept in the loop of what was going on at all times, offered apologies while endeavouring to get the matter sorted asap. Due to the excellent customer service that was provided, I was more than willing to wait patiently for the card to arrive.
I received the card in yesterday's mail (sent by express post, another plus), so now the matter is resolved - but I believe that if I am willing to complain about a negative experience I should also provide feedback about positive ones. Unfortunately Flybuys do not have an email address, or I would have sent this to them as well.
Thankyou for a positive experience and thankyou for handling it all so well. I won't hesitate to tell my friends how well I was treated.

Further to my earlier email, this short note is to advise that the proof of purchase documentation for my Philips iron has been received and duly filed with the instruction book. Although I don't anticipate having to make any claim under warranty it is peace of mind to know that I have all the correct paper work.
