Your Details

When returning faulty or damaged rewards, please make sure to include the following:

  • covering letter stating the fault of the item or reason for return
  • your name, address and contact details
  • date of redemption
  • reward reference number
    (This is the unique confirmation number for your redemption which begins with a C or W followed by 8 numbers - eg: W12345678)

If you are unsure about your redemption details, please contact flybuys on 131 116 and they will be able to provide you with the relevant information.

The Product

The entire item must be sent back unless instructed otherwise. This includes all chargers, cables & extra parts. Replacements will not be shipped for items that have only been partially returned.

If your item has a damaged part, it may be that just the part needs to be replaced. This can be assessed in a phone conversation with our customer service team.

If your item is from one of the suppliers listed below, please contact the supplier directly and follow their policy & procedures for warranty of faulty item.

The Process

  • once the faulty item has been received into our warehouse and verified as such, we will process your replacement or authorise your refund from flybuys as appropriate
  • the replacement product will be the same model as the one returned, unless that is no longer available, in which case you will be contacted by our customer service team
  • please allow up to 4 weeks for your replacement product
  • all replacements or refunds will be processed according to flybuys T&C’s
  • the manufacturer’s warranty conditions apply when items are being assessed for replacement
