You must contact Popink on 02 8319 3330 or your rewards program for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). If a return is sent without a Return Authorisation Number, your item will be returned to you.
When returning faulty or damaged rewards, please make sure to include the following:
- Covering letter stating the fault of the item or reason for return.
- Your name, address and contact details
- Date of redemption.
- Reward reference OR Order confirmation number.
If you are unsure about any of your redemption details, please contact your reward program for assistance.
If your item has a damaged part, it may be that just the part needs to be replaced. This must first be assessed by our customer service team via phone or email prior to returning any product for replacement/refund.
Unless instructed otherwise, the product and all its component parts must be returned. This includes all chargers, cables & extra parts. Replacements or refunds may not be processed for items that have only been partially returned.
- Once the faulty item has been received into our warehouse and verified, we will process your replacement or authorise your refund as appropriate.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for your replacement product.
- All replacements or refunds will be processed according to your reward program’s Terms and Conditions.
- Manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions will apply when items are being assessed for replacement.
Change Of Mind Returns
- All change of mind returns must be authorised by your rewards program.
- Only authorised change of mind returns will be confirmed for points to be refunded.
- Please check with your rewards program before returning items for refund.
- Postage charges apply on change of mind returns.
- Please use your Reward or Order reference as your “Order” number and follow the link to create a return label.

Remember to include all the necessary information as stated above.
