Popink is a privately owned, Australian business. We provide a niche customised service solution to a corporate client base configured for a B2B model but requiring a B2C solution.
Formed in 2005, Popink has grown from humble beginnings to a permanent staff of eleven with a casual workforce that expands our number when required.
Operating from premises in Sydney and Melbourne, we service a national customer base and work closely with our clients and suppliers to ensure customers receive exemplary service at all times.
The quirky thing you may want to know about us..... we are a close knit team and work in a dog-friendly office! So if you contact us and sometimes hear a little woof in the background, that is just another happy staff member hard at work.
We like the Golden Rule and treat all our clients and staff with the respect we wish for ourselves. We maintain a caring environment where all staff members are valued and inspired to be the best they can be.

Popink sources product for loyalty programs, specifically one of Australia's largest and longest running programs, flybuys. Our service begins with sourcing an eclectic mix of premium products from multiple leading brands. We negotiate pricing, manage inventory and work closely with brands to ensure a smooth process from conception to delivery.
We also provide a portal for corporate clients running targeted reward programs for a specific client base and are always ready to discuss our drop ship service options. Where required, we create secure shopping pages within the Popink website for clients running a bespoke reward program.
Using the SecurePay platform, we process co-payments or collect monies in full from the end customer as required.
From our warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne, we distribute rewards across Australia on behalf of our clients and have the ability to ship rewards internationally as required.
We provide an open ended follow up service ensuring customers have continued access to after sales support as required.
We work with a wide range of premium brands and a range of suppliers of all sizes. We understand the critical importance of our valued suppliers and cultivate excellent relationships based on trust, communication and integrity. We constantly search out new products to keep the offers fresh in the programs we supply with the aim of offering a diversity of choice to members.
