Replacements/Refunds

PopInk is happy to replace or refund any item purchased via the PopInk website if it fails to meet expectations for any reason. The goods listed below are an exception to this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale Items
  • Perishable goods
  • Cosmetics & Perfume
  • Computer Games
  • DVDs
  • CDs
  • Videos

Goods that are being returned must be returned in the original packaging, if possible with the original shipping label. Unless faulty, all returned items must be

  • Unused, unopened and in original condition
  • Undamaged
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In a saleable condition upon return

PopInk is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please keep appropriate proof of purchase documents when returning goods to PopInk. Items that have been claimed to be returned but not received by PopInk that do not have proof of such return will be deemed to have not been returned.
We offer a Reply Paid service if you are returning goods because they are damaged, defective or were incorrectly dispatched. Please contact us for further information.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If an item is delivered as damaged or faulty, you must notify PopInk within 7 days of receipt. Any item deemed to be faulty or damaged after this period will first be processed through normal warranty conditions and will be referred to the manufacturer for processing. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow warranty instructions as specified by the manufacturer.

Damaged or faulty items will only be replaced or refunded upon receipt by PopInk of the damaged/faulty goods.
