Purchases can only be shipped within Australia. Purchases may be made from overseas but Australian shipping addresses only can be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, all associated freight costs are included in the purchase price displayed on this site. Some items may have an additional shipping & handling surcharge. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

If you order more than one item and one or more of your purchases are backordered, your in-stock item will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped at no additional charge once they become available.

In most cases, goods are shipped via Australia Post, however, some bulky items will be sent via courier. Orders are processed within one week of receipt and unless specifically requested and charged, will be sent via ordinary post. While every effort is made to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, we request you allow up to 4 weeks delivery time on all orders placed.

We will deliver according to the address details supplied at the time of ordering and request you check these details carefully. We do not take responsibility for loss of shipment due to the supply of incorrect address details. Should an item be returned to us as a non-delivery, we will re-send the goods upon confirmation of correct address details. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for any and all subsequent deliveries that are the result of incorrect shipping address details supplied.

The onus is on our customers to advise Popink regarding all non-deliveries. Unless otherwise notified, Popink assumes all deliveries have been completed and goods received as ordered. Should an item be lost in transit, another will not be dispatched until a trace has been completed on the order and we have been notified in writing (via post, fax or email) by the customer that the goods have not been received. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
